TENDER BRIEFING/SITE VISIT
- Payment for Tender administration fee can be made via cash or bank transfer/online payment to SPSB’s Bank Account, HSBC Bank Malaysia Bank Berhad No.: 392403861101
- The proof of payment slip must be emailed or faxed to the SPSB Administration Department at email address: email@example.com or facsimile number: 6088-489912.
- Upon receipt of payment, SPSB shall email the one time password and log-in ID for your company to download the Tender Document. The password is valid for a period of one (1) week only.

- Maximum of two (2) representatives from each bidders will be allowed.
- The representatives must be, key qualified personnel that are duly authorized by the company.
- Bidders are required to meet the safety requirements with necessary Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) while attending the site visit. Bidders are not allowed to enter Ports premises without complying with these safety requirements.
- Tender received from Bidders who FAILED to inspect the Steel Materials will not be entertained.
