The Standard Terms and Conditions of Business constitutes a standing offer upon which Sabah Ports Sdn Bhd makes its facilities and services at the Port available to the user. The said Standard Terms and Conditions of Business is legally binding and as such, users are encouraged to carefully read it.

The date of implementation for the above mentioned Standard Terms and Conditions of Business shall be on 1st September 2016.
