INSTRUCTION TO VENDOR REGISTRATION

INSTRUCTIONS:-

 

1) Application of Vendor is to be fully completed and submit with all the necessary supporting documents.  Incomplete application and supporting documents shall not be processed.

 

2) Fees and Payments:-

 

  a) A non-refundable Administration fee of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Only (RM50.00) shall be charged for application of new registration, renewal or adding business category.

 

  b) Payment shall be made via online/FPX to Sabah Ports Sdn Bhd bank account within 5 working days upon confirmation.  Failure to do so, your registration will be null and void.

 

3) We reserve the right not to register the application without any reason.

 

4) Registration shall be valid for a period of three (3) years and application for renewal must be made three (3) months before the expiry date.

 

5) Registration shall not guarantee vendors to be automatically included in the tender or quotation exercise.

 

6) E-Disbursement Form is mandatory to be completed for online banking payment purpose, failing which may result your application being rejected.
